Celeb jeweler gets parole, passport

The King of Bling is back. Jacob Arabov, the hip-hop community's go-to guy for gems and watches who served time for lying to agents probing Detroit's Black Mafia Family gang, is a free man. He was released by the federal Bureau of Prisons on Wednesday.
