Berlusconi to Sue L’Espresso for Article Alleging Mafia Ties

Nov. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi said he will sue la Repubblica for libel after it published an article on Nov. 28 that said the premier’s holding Fininvest SpA may be partly owned by a Sicilian Mafia clan.
