Il Giornale newspaper is owned by Berlusconi’s brother, Paolo. Senator Niccolo Ghedini , a lawyer of Berlusconi, couldn’t be immediately reached at his office. Ingroia also couldn’t be immediately reached by phone. A spokesman for Berlusconi’s office in Rome had no comment.
