Bataoil heads new PNP agency vs crime, rebs

The Philippine National Police expects to bring the war against organized crime and illegal drugs in Northern Luzon to a higher level with the launching of the directorate for integrated police operation (Dipo) at the police regional headquarters at Camp Bado Dangwa here.
