Apartment Act under scrutiny in Shimla

As the government gets down to take stock of the Apartment Act, senior BJP minister Ishwar Dass Dhiman has rubbished opposition allegations about land mafia operating in the state but has gone onto say that it was Congress that amended the land laws to show favour to chosen ones.
