Alleged crime ‘capo’ pleads innocent

BOSTON — Mark Rossetti, the East Boston man prosecutors claim is an organized crime “capo” who ran a drug dealing and extortion enterprise, pleaded innocent to those and other charges in Suffolk Superior Court on Wednesday.
